CADC operates Red River Transportation Service, a rural public transportation program that operates in several counties in western Oklahoma. Red River Transportation (RRT) is committed to providing the same transportation service access to rural Oklahomans as is enjoyed by their urban neighbors.
CADC has operated a rural transportation service since such programs were funded by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and was one of the first 4 original operators of rural public transportation.

RRT offers a variety of services including transportation between communities, demand -response service within communities, contractual services for the elderly and persons with disabilities, as well as transportation to job sites with our Road to Work Program, vocational schools, public schools, and Head Start Centers. Red River Transportation was also one of the first transportation systems to be awarded Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) contracts, providing transportation for persons to job training. The system now has TANF contracts in Jefferson, Beckham, Roger Mills, Kiowa, and Stephens counties.
CADC
Red River Transportation also offers the SoonerRide Program, a service providing
transportation for Medicare/Medicaid recipients. The program allows RRT to
provide transportation services for eligible recipients to doctors'
appointments, dialysis treatments, etc. Red River Transportation
currently serves Tillman, Comanche, Carter, Stephens, Jefferson Cotton,
Woodward, Custer, Love, Beckham, Kiowa, Dewey, Ellis and Caddo counties with
the SoonerRide Program.
Red River Transportation is open to the public, both within the city limits and to neighbor towns.
