Head Start is one of the agency's largest programs, serving over 500 children  in 17 centers.  The program focuses on giving 3 and 4 year old children the stepping stone they will need to start public school.

Housing and Weatherization is a program that weatherizes/winterizes homes, which assists in lowering monthly utility bills.  This program also has many other aspects,  including assistance in purchasing new homes, rehabilitating existing homes, educational and fee services.

Senior Nutrition and Outreach, with meal sites in 5 counties, is committed to serving noon meals and providing links to other needed services to those seniors 60 years and older and assisting them in remaining independent.

Red River Transportation  is a rural public transportation program that operates in several counties in western Oklahoma.  Providing daily dependable transportation is our goal.

Community Services  provides information and referral to other social services, employment agencies, and emergency assistance services.  Through this program Community Action is also able to provide free income tax preparation for those who qualify with the VITA Program.

Youth Services  offers activities, ranging from soccer, baseball, and basketball to tutoring and drug awareness programs, for school age children and teens.  The Kennedy Youth Center is the site of learning, fun, and stability for young people in Frederick.
